Cancellation
We accept order cancellation only within 12 hours after placing the order. Any orders after 12 hours can't be cancelled, please contact us to check the order status for you and see if your order can be cancelled or not.

Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already in production process or shipped out since our products are all handmade and customized. For orders eligible for cancellation, you will get full refund to your original payment method after cancellation within 2-3 business days. 

Returns for Custom Products without Quality Problem

Please note custom products without quality problem cannot be returned since each customized item is unique and can not be sold again. Please check your custom information carefully when purchasing. 

Exchanges or Returns for Products with Quality Problem

All of our products are manufactured after careful production and strict inspection. But an unknown accident may occur during the transportation, causing minor damage to the product. If you have any quality problems of your product, please feel free to contact us via email at head2toemeta@outlook.com first. Our customer service team will help to solve your problem and provide you a free exchange for your purchased item if necessary.

For quality issue items, customers have the right to apply for return within 2 days after the receipt.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We also require a receipt or proof of your purchase. You will only be refunded your original purchase price without postage after we receive your returned item.
